At Alaala Design, we take great pride in creating unique, bespoke engagement rings and custom jewelry pieces. Because of the personalized nature of our products, the following return and refund policies apply:
1. Bespoke and Custom Jewelry
Since each piece is custom-made specifically for you, all bespoke engagement rings and custom jewelry are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders once the design has been approved and production has begun.
2. Standard Jewellery Items (Non-Custom)
For any items from our non-custom collection:
Since each piece is made to order specifically for you, all non-custom engagement rings and custom jewellery are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders once the design has been approved and production has begun.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Notification: Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item by contacting enquiry@alaaladesign.com and providing photos of the damage.
- Replacement/Repair: We will assess the issue and either offer a repair, replacement, or full refund depending on the nature of the defect.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Bespoke/Custom Orders: As noted, bespoke and custom jewelry are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final and cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
6. Custom Design Alterations
If you would like to make an adjustment to your custom piece after it has been completed:
- We offer two free resize for engagement rings.
- Additional alterations or modifications may incur extra charges.
